This handset works with a control box our part#JCTBOX020 to operate 4 massage positions and heat. This also works with our massage motor part# MTR067. The front of the handset has a display screen and the following buttons Intensity, Point, Auto, Mode, Mode, Timer, Heat, On/Off, Up and Down. The back of this furniture part has a label with the SN number E034KC8HL. This multi function control handset has a round 8 pin plug with 90 degree bend.
